The nephrologist, the jokester.

I'm not a nephrologist but I tend to agree based on my hatred of the kidneys alone. Small but very complicated organs, especially in children. Which is why my response to 95% of the renal/fluids/electrolytes problems on my pediatric shelf exam was, "why do I have to calculate that? That's what my iPhone is for." Clearly the face of medicine is a-changing, one MedMath application at a time. Until then, maintenance IV fluids has my number.
